Coach Peterson's ABCA HOF Celebration Set For Dec. 3

MURFREESBORO, Tenn.— Head Coach Jim McGuire would like to invite the public to attend legendary Head Coach Steve Peterson's ABCA Hall of Fame Celebration Saturday, Dec. 3 at 6 p.m. at The Grove at Williamson Place.
Peterson was the head coach for 25 years with the Middle Tennessee baseball program, while becoming the all-time winningest coach in Blue Raider baseball history. Peterson retired from coaching baseball in 2012 after amassing 791 wins in his prestigious career.
Most recently, Coach Peterson was elected into the ABCA Hall of Fame. His official induction ceremony will be held in Anaheim, Calif., in January 2017.
This celebratory event hosted by MT baseball gives the Middle Tennessee family a chance to celebrate with Coach Pete locally. Food and drinks will be provided with purchase of a ticket. The night will be filled with festivities, guest speakers, and Peterson himself speaking on his induction.
This event is open to the public, as all are welcome to join MT in the night of celebration.
Tickets are $10 and can be purchased at the door of the event.
