MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – Middle Tennessee dropped the final game of the Mule Mix Classic, falling to Miami (Ohio), 13-5, in front of 851 at Reese Smith Jr. Field Sunday.
Despite the setback, newcomer Riley Delgado continued his scorching start and turned in a monster weekend. The Miami, Fla., native went 2-for-2 with a double, three walks and raised his team-leading batting average to .455.
