Raiders in 13th after 36 holes

Beckner, Slane lead on day one
FRANKLIN, TN – Middle Tennessee stands in 13th place following a 36-hole day at the Mason Rudolph Championship. The Blue Raiders had rounds of 306-301 on the par 71, 7100-yard Legends Club course.
Host and No. 9 ranked Vanderbilt owns the overall lead at 2-under par while No. 19 Florida is second and No. 17 Alabama is third.
James Beckner and Connor Slane led MT on day one as both posted 9-over par 151s. Beckner had rounds of 79-72 while Slane turned in a 76-75. Both are tied for 46th.
Marcus Byrd had rounds of 75-77 and is tied for 51st, while teammate Drake Duncan had a 153 total with a 76-77 to tie for 57th.
Hoyeong Kim is tied for 71st with a 159 score. Graham Gosselin played as an individual and is tied for 74th.
The final round will get underway Sunday morning.
