MUFREESBORO, Tenn. – Blue Raider sports fans can listen to TuneIn for live streaming and on-demand radio broadcasts this season as Middle Tennessee athletics and its multimedia rights holder, Learfield's Blue Raider Sports Properties, announced a multi-year partnership with the world's largest audio network.
The new TuneIn partnership provides Middle Tennessee fans a chance to hear the radio play-by-play for free via the TuneIn mobile app, available on iOS and Android devices and TuneIn.com.
The streaming agreement allows Blue Raider fans free access to a dedicated channel to hear live MT games and sport programming. TuneIn will air live football games, men's basketball games and coaches' shows along with select women's basketball and baseball games and other broadcasts throughout the athletic season.
"Having our broadcasts available to the TuneIn audience is a great enhancement for our listeners and corporate partners," said Director of Broadcasting, Chip Walters. "You will be able to listen to the Blue Raiders almost anywhere in the world on just about any device. We have wonderful over-the-air partners like 97.5/102.5 The Game, WMOT-FM, and NewsRadio WGNS as well as a powerful streaming service on GoBlueRaiders.com and the MT Gameday App. Being part of TuneIn is a great addition."
At the start of the season, fans can simply search "Middle Tennessee State" on the TuneIn app to access Blue Raider channels. TuneIn is available for download on iOS and Android, plus more than 200 connected devices.
Middle Tennessee's agreement with TuneIn is in effect beginning this athletic season and will run through the 2020-21 athletic year.
TuneIn has the most comprehensive free college football coverage in the industry with hundreds of live games from every major conference, including the AAC, ACC, Big Ten, Big 12, C-USA, MAC, Pac-12, SEC, and WAC.
