Lady Raiders to hold #Play4Kay game Saturday

Fans encouraged to wear Pink against Herd
MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – In an effort to increase cancer awareness, resources and education, Middle Tennessee will host its annual #Play4Kay game Saturday against Marshall.
Since 2007, the Kay Yow Cancer Fund was established in helping find an answer in the fight against women's cancers by raising funds for research. To date, the Fund has allocated over $5 million in support of women's cancers research.
On Saturday, Middle Tennessee will assist in the effort with numerous opportunities for fans to get involved.
MT is offering a $7 ticket special on the day of the game for fans who wear pink, and the first 400 fans will receive a free t-shirt. In addition, the first 20 fans wearing pink who visit the marketing table behind Section P will receive a Mr. B's $20 car wash gift card.
The team, coaches and administration encourage all fans to join them in wearing pink to the game. Zeta Tau Alpha, whose organizational philanthropy is breast cancer education and awareness, will pass out ribbons to fans at entry gates.
Saturday's game will also serve as a Connection Point game for students. Students will receive free hats, ribbons, buttons, ribbon tattoos and a poster to write inspiring messages.
Middle Tennessee will also recognize survivors during the game.
To make a donation to the Kay Yow Cancer Fund, fans will be able to donate at halftime during the "Miracle Minute" or can make a donation online at https://support.kayyow.com/checkout/donation?eid=80986.
