MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — Middle Tennessee's track and field program is once again recognized among the nation's best.
The Blue Raiders men's team checked in at No. 25 in this week's USTFCCCA poll. Monday's poll marks the first time MT has cracked the top 25 since finishing the 2016 outdoor season No. 18.
"This is a great way to cap the season and give us some momentum ahead of the East Regionals this weekend," head coach Dean Hayes said.
Middle Tennessee qualified 15 Blue Raiders in 21 events for the East Regionals in Lexington, Ky. Action from the Kentucky Outdoor Track and Field Facility gets underway Thursday morning with field events beginning at 10:30 a.m.
