Raiders to collect donations to Red Cross Saturday

Raising funds to support Hurricane Harvey victims
MURFREESBORO - Blue Raider student athletes will be collecting donations for the American Red Cross at Floyd Stadium prior to Saturday's Vanderbilt game. One hundred percent of the donations will be sent to the relief efforts for those affected by Hurricane Harvey.
Middle Tennessee friend and conference member Rice is located in Houston. Thoughts and prayers are with the entire Owl family and everyone involved.
According to White House homeland security adviser Tom Bossert, 100,000 homes were affected by the storm in the Houston, TX area. The death toll has ballooned to 31 and many more are still missing according to numerous media reports. Many fear the worst of the storm has yet to come.
