Raider Softball Releases 2017 Fall Schedule

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – With fall sports in full swing, Head Coach Jeff Breeden announced the fall slate for the Middle Tennessee softball team today. The Raiders will play eight games, seven of which will be at home at the Blue Raider Softball Field.
"We have had a great first week of practice this fall," said Breeden. "We are looking forward to getting into our fall schedule this weekend. With the last two very good recruiting classes on campus, we have great competition going on each day for all positions. We will be quickly incorporating our new players into our system of play and are looking to compete at a very high level."
The Raiders kick off the fall schedule by hosting Motlow State on Saturday, Sept. 16 at 11am. The team then goes on the road to play at Georgia on Sunday, Sept. 17.
Middle then hosts six games in the two and a half weeks that follow. The Raiders will face Cleveland State, Cumberland, Trevecca Nazarene, Columbia State, Vol. State and Chattanooga State.
"The 2017 should be a fun fall on our campus," Breeden shared.
