Anderson named TSWA Player of the Week

Freshman had 202 all-purpose yards
MURFREESBORO – Middle Tennessee freshman running back Brad Anderson was named the Tennessee Sports Writers Association Player of the Week as announced by the organization on Tuesday.
Anderson rushed 16 times for 104 yards and added six receptions for 98 yards and a touchdown in the Blue Raiders 24-13 win over Bowling Green. The Huntsville, Ala., native averaged 6.6 yards-per-carry and caught a 64-yard touchdown in the second quarter, the longest play of the season thus far for Middle Tennessee.
The freshman leads the Blue Raiders with 130 yards on 22 carries and has nine receptions for 113 yards.
