QUOTABLE
"The men ran the race very well against some of the top teams in the nation, including the number one team, Northern Arizona," said Associate Head Coach Keith Vroman. "They competed well and it showed by beating number seven Wisconsin overall. The women showed great improvement by being about a minute faster than they have been. So they are moving in the right direction and showing really good progress at this point in the season."
WHAT'S NEXT?
The MT cross country team will take a week of rest before returning to action at the Crimson Classic hosted by Alabama in Tuscaloosa, Ala. on Oct. 13.
