Lady Raiders Set to Host Annual Blue Out and Play4Kay Games this Week

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – The Lady Raiders return to the Murphy Center this week to host their annual Blue Out game versus Western Kentucky on Thursday and their Play4Kay pink game on Saturday.
Blue Out | Thursday, Feb. 15 at 6:30 p.m.
On Thursday, Feb. 15 all fans are encouraged to wear blue to the Murphy Center when the Lady Raiders take on Conference USA foe, Western Kentucky, for their annual Blue Out game.
Fans can take advantage of the $10.00 online ticket discount by entering BEATWKU at goblueraiders.com/tickets. This promotions ends February 14th at 11:59pm
Play4Kay | Saturday, Feb. 17 at 2 p.m.
In an effort to increase cancer awareness, resources and education, Middle Tennessee will host its annual Play4Kay game Saturday, Feb. 17 against Rice.
On Saturday, Middle Tennessee will assist in the effort with numerous opportunities for fans to get involved including the fan favorite jersey auction after the game hosted by Robert Treadway.
The team, coaches and administration encourage all fans to join them in wearing pink to the game. MT is offering a $7 ticket special on the day of the game for fans who wear pink, and the first 150 fans will receive Pink MT Tumblers.
The starting lineup will be announced and accompanied by 5 survivors/fighters.
Zeta Tau Alpha, whose organizational philanthropy is breast cancer education and awareness, will pass out ribbons and thundersticks to fans at entry gates.
Middle Tennessee will also recognize survivors and fighters throughout the game, make sure to fill out a Play4Kay card on the concourse with loved ones names to be held up during the game.
