Women's Golf to tee off Monday in Charleston

CHARLESTON, S.C. – Middle Tennessee women's golf embarks on its final event before the Conference USA Championship on Monday as it opens play in the Charleston Invitational, hosted by Charleston Southern and the College of Charleston at RiverTowne Country Club.
The Par 72, 5,988-yard course will also play host to Campbell, The Citadel, Coastal Carolina, East Carolina, FIU, Georgia Southern, Georgia State, High Point, Memphis, Morehead State, North Florida, UNC Wilmington and William & Mary.
In their last outing, Blue Raider freshmen Caroline Caudill (7-over 223) and Sophie Burks (9-over 225) shined while senior Cynthia Bounleutay (9-over 225) joined the rookie duo in the Top 30 at the MountainView Collegiate in Tucson, Ariz.
Middle Tennessee's leaders in scoring average, junior Hanley Long (73.6) and redshirt junior Jenna Burris (74.2) will also be in the lineup as the Blue Raiders tee off in a shotgun start at 7:45 a.m. CT.
The Charleston Invitational will feature two rounds on Monday before the final round is played on Tuesday.
