- At the completion of her playing career, Adams ranked in the Top 5 of four career categories: kills, (2nd), kills per set (3rd), attack percentage (4th) and block assists (5th). As of 2025, she is 4th in kills, 4th in kills per set, 4th in attack percentage and 6th in block assists.
- Overall, Adams ranks fourth among all MT volleyball players with her 1,455-kill count and in kills per set (3.96 k/s).
- She also ranked in the Top 5 of eight single-season categories: kills, (2nd and 4th), kills per set, (3rd and 5th), kill percentages, (5th and 6th), block assists (5th).
- She also ranked second and third, respectively, for single match kill percentages.
- Had 552 kills in the magical 2007 season
- Adams was also the first Lady Raider volleyball player ever to be named AVCA Honorable Mention All-American and of two in program history to be so honored twice (the other is Hall of Famer Ashley Asberry).
- Led team to the Sweet 16 in 2007
