Nicknamed "Flea" for his nimbleness in dodging tacklers and for his uncanny balance, Vince Hall set new MT rushing records. The Blue Raiders were 33-13 during his tenure as running back from 1981-84. Hall was on the field in 1984 when the Blue Raiders advanced to the NCAA 1-AA play-off semi-finals. His stats include 18 100-yard rushing games and three 200-yard games as well as 100 yards in 10 of 14 games when he was a senior.
Named to All-OVC teams in 1983 and 1984, he was OVC Offensive Player of the Year in 1984 and held MT's single-season rushing record, gaining 1,439 yards in 1984. He ranks No. 1 in rushing yards with an average of 130.8 yards per game.
