Blue Raider Duo to Compete in Birmingham

Middle Tennessee Men's Tennis will have two players in action this weekend as Stijn Slump and Jacob Pugh will travel to Birmingham for the CCB Collegiate Invitational. Fans can get updates from the tournament on Twitter (@MT_MensTennis).

Players Attending
Stijn Slump – Through his first two collegiate events, Slump is 4-3 in singles and 4-3 in doubles. Considering he opened his career at the Penn Invitational against some top competition, that's a good start for the young player. Most recently, Slump was paired with Daniel Stormon at the Louisville Fall Invitational and won their draw.
Jacob Pugh – In his only action of the fall, the Pugh dropped just one set in his three matches, earning victories over opponents from Austin Peay and Ball State. The senior swept his opponent 6-0 in two sets in Louisville on his way to winning his singles draw.
