Raiders Collect Eight More Wins at Southern Miss Invite

The Blue Raiders claimed six singles and two doubles victories on day two in Hattiesburg, MS
HATTIESBURG, MS – The Middle Tennessee Men's Tennis team collected eight more wins, including six in singles and two in doubles, on day two of the Southern Miss Invitational on Saturday in Hattiesburg.
The Blue Raiders got things going by taking two out of three matches in doubles, including wins against South Alabama by the pairs of graduate senior Max Rauch and freshman Andreas Kramer (6-0), and graduate senior Tom Moonen and junior Francisco Rocha (6-2).
Junior Sean Presson was first to leave the courts in singles and earned a win over Bugaj of USA, while the rest of the group followed and won five of six matches against players from South Alabama. Those included Pavel Motl over Coutinho, Kramer over Boseman, graduate senior Oskar Michalek over Blissard, junior Francisco Rocha over Marza and a three-set battle with Moonen over Eurard.
The Blue Raiders will close play at the tournament on Sunday with another round each of doubles and singles. There are no live stats or video.
