Men's Golf to open spring slate in Houston

HOUSTON, Texas – Head Men's Golf Coach Mark McEntire leads the Blue Raiders back into action Sunday as the Blue Raiders open their spring campaign in the All-American Intercollegiate, co-hosted Houston and Rice at the Golf Club of Houston.

NOTES

Junior Cooper Sears is back in the Blue Raider lineup, seeing his first action of the 2019-20 season after posting a 72.3 scoring average with 12 out of 23 rounds played at par or better in 2018-19

"I'm really excited to get the spring season started, it feels like ages since we played our last tournament. The biggest thing I want this week is to get some rounds under our belts. We have had a cold, wet winter and haven't been able to play much. This a great tournament with a very strong field, and we'll see some other Conference USA teams in so it will be nice to see where we stand."
