Stockstill brings Tucker back home

MURFREESBORO – Former Blue Raider football star Shane Tucker is coming home.
Middle Tennessee head coach Rick Stockstill announced today Tucker would be joining his staff as the programs offensive graduate assistant.
Tucker, out of Memphis, Tenn., played running back and receiver for the Blue Raiders from 2013 to 2017 and saw action in 39 games, including 17 starts. He was a part of three bowl teams and wins over Missouri and Syracuse.
As a senior, he served as a permanent team captain and prior to that he was an honorable mention all-conference pick in 2014.
For his career, Tucker rushed for 1,162 yards and 15 touchdowns to go with 67 receptions for 869 yards and seven scores.
