Raiders add Road Runners for Friday night C-USA battle

MURFREESBORO – In a joint announcement with Conference USA and CBS Sports, Middle Tennessee and UTSA will meet in football next week in San Antonio. The game will be broadcast live on the CBS Sports Network on Friday night at 7 PM.
The Blue Raiders and the Road Runners will be meeting for just the third time despite both being Conference USA members. The series is tied 1-1 with MT winning in 2015 at UTSA, 42-7, and UTSA taking a 45-25 decision in Murfreesboro during the 2016 campaign.
UTSA originally had Memphis on its schedule for this Friday but the Tigers had to cancel the game due to COVID related issues.
