"The women have been training really well so it will be nice to see how we compare to some Conference USA opponents like Rice and UTEP. I'm looking forward to seeing the same from the men's side too. As a whole team we've been putting together some good workouts and it helps that they're coming on strong towards the end of our season. It doesn't seem like its going to be an overwhelming meet so it will be nice to build some momentum heading into the championships. From what I saw, it seems like we should be able to win both men and women if we race well at Texas A&M."
NEXT UP
The Blue Raiders Cross Country team will turn its focus to the Conference USA Championships in Charlotte, North Carolina, Saturday Oct. 30.
