Ferguson makes Ted Hendricks Award Final Watch List

CHICAGO – Ted Hendricks and the Ted Hendricks Foundation issued the final version of the 2021 Watch List for the Ted Hendricks Award, which honors the top defensive end in college football, and Blue Raider junior Jordan Ferguson made the 30-player list.
Ferguson made the initial list of 48 players that was released in early November and is now officially on the first ballot that will be sent to the selection committee.
The 2021 recipient will be announced on December 8th.
Ferguson currently leads the Blue Raiders with 8.0 sacks and 14 hurries, while sharing the team lead in tackles for loss with 15.5. The Atlanta, Ga., native also has three forced fumbles and two fumble recoveries, including a 71-yard fumble recovery for a touchdown in the win at Florida Atlantic.
