The Blue Raiders' DePriest led the way for Middle Tennessee in the contest, scoring the Blue Raiders two goals and posting four points in the contest. Junior Hannah Suder played all 90 minutes in goal for the Blue Raiders, posting a season-high five saves in the contest. Senior Miya Lennon collected the Blue Raiders sole assist in the contest.
Ole Miss got the scoring going early. The Rebels' Jenna Kemp tapped in a ball off a corner that was headed from the opposite post during the 4th minute to give Ole Miss the early 1-0 lead.
On her second shot of the contest, DePriest corralled a ball that rebounded off the crossbar before punching it in to put the Blue Raiders on the board and even the match at one.
Nearing the end of the opening half, Ole Miss' Channing Foster played a ball off a throw in to score the Rebels second goal of the contest in the 44th minute to close out the half and send things into the locker room with the Blue Raiders trailing by one, 2-1.
The Blue Raiders did not waste any time after coming out of the locker room to even the contest once more at two apiece in the 46th minute. Senior Miya Lennon places a perfect throw in over the shoulder of DePriest, who flips around and punches her second goal of the contest by the near post to tally her 49th career goal and tie the C-USA all-time record.

The Rebels netted one more goal in the 74th minute off a Haleigh Stackpole goal, putting the Ole Miss Rebels up 4-2 with 15 minutes to play.
The Blue Raiders posted shots from DePriest and Goffi over the closing minutes of the contest, but there was not enough time remaining as the buzzer eventually sounded to close out the 4-2 contest.
