Contests were originally scheduled for Dec. 30, Jan. 1
DALLAS – Conference USA announced Friday the rescheduling of six men's basketball games affected by Covid-related pauses, including two contests involving Middle Tennessee. MT will now face UTSA on February 7 and UTEP on February 21. Both games will be played at the Murphy Center.
The Blue Raiders were originally scheduled to face UTSA on December 30 and UTEP on January 1 at the Murphy Center before positive tests within the program forced the team to go on pause.
Fans that had season or single game tickets for the originally scheduled dates will be able to use their tickets for the newly schedule dates.
Friday's announcement puts two home games back on the schedule for the Blue Raiders, who are 8-0 in the Glass House this season and riding a 10-game home winning streak. MT takes on Southern Miss at 1 p.m. Saturday at the Murphy Center.
Tip-off times for the rescheduled games are still to be determined. For all the latest on Blue Raider hoops, stay tuned to GoBlueRaiders.com and follow @MT_MBB on Twitter, @mt_mbb on Instagram and Blue Raider Men's Basketball on Facebook.
