Blue Raiders finish 12th at Dale McNamara Invitational

BROKEN ARROW, Okla. - Middle Tennessee women's golf ended the the Dale McNamara Invitational in 12th place. Contending once again with scattered thunderstorms in northeastern Oklahoma, the Blue Raiders combined for a score of 308 (+20) in Tuesday's final round.
Abbie Lee was MTSU's highest finisher in the tournament, recording a 54-hole score of 226 (+10). She carded a 78 (+6) in Tuesday's third round.
Lanie was the Blue Raiders' biggest mover Tuesday, jumping 18 spots to a tie for 48th on the strength of a 72 (E). The freshman recorded a team-high five birdies in the third round.
Molly Bebelaar tied for 53rd at 231 (+15), finishing the event with an 81 (+9). Catherine Caudill tied for 63rd at 235 (+19), and Taylor Edlin tied for 6t5th at 236 (+20). Caudill and Edlin each shot a 79 (+7) Tuesday.
By the Numbers
0.80 - The average score in the third round was 0.8 strokes higher than the second round.
9 - Campbell's nine birdies in the tournament led MTSU and were three short of the individual lead. Lee was second on the team with eight.
34 - Edlin and Caudill led the team with 34 pars through the three rounds.
