CONCORD, N.C. - Middle Tennessee women's golf wrapped up its fall season Tuesday with an eighth-place finish at the Charlotte Invitational. Ella Manley led MTSU with a 54-hole score of 227 (+11).
On a cool, cloudy morning, Manley carded a 78 (+6) in the tournament's final round, tying for 12th individually. Abbie Lee added a 78 (+6) of her own Tuesday to match Manley for the lineup's lowest score of the round. Lee tied for 26th with a score of 234 (+18).
Nicole Johnson, playing as an individual, tied for 14th at 228 (+12). She was one of two Blue Raiders to pick up multiple birdies in the third round.
Lauren Gilchrist tied for 30th at 235 (+19) Tuesday. Lanie Campbell finished 41st, and Kendall Maynard rounded out the lineup in 43rd place.
The Blue Raiders combined for a team score of 935 (+71) after a round of 317 (+29) Tuesday.
