In-state signees have seven combined All-State honors
MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – Middle Tennessee women's golf has signed Caroline Pardue and Brylee Crouse to National Letters of Intent. The two will join the Blue Raiders as freshmen in 2024-25.
Pardue joins the Blue Raiders out of Providence Christian Academy, where she has been a two-time TSSAA state champion and a three-time regional champion in addition to a 2021 district title. She has been named All-State, All-Region and All-Mid State four times each while leading PCA to three team state titles.
"It is great to get Caroline to stay home in Murfreesboro to play for MTSU," head coach Chris Adams said. "We are excited for her to get started. She is a proven winner with three team state titles at PCA and was also the individual champion twice, including this year. She is very dedicated and will work hard at competing at the college level. She has the skills to do just that and has a great personality that will fit in with the team."
The daughter of Michael and RaeAnne Pardue, Caroline plans to major in Exercise Science at MTSU.
Crouse is a three-time All-State selection and two-time Knox News Player of the Year as well as a four-time district champion and three-time regional champion and 2023 state runner-up. A native of Kingsport, Tenn., she has dropped her scoring average by 2.4 strokes or more each season of her high school career, bringing it down to 71.0 by her senior season.
"Brylee is going to make a great addition to the team with her work ethic and personality," Adams said. "She has improved her scoring average 10 shots since she was a freshman to a 71 this year. Brylee has great length off the tee, and that will make the transition to college golf easy. She was the runner-up this year at the state tournament and will definitely come to MTSU ready to play."
On the amateur circuit, Crouse has been a PGA Junior National qualifier and a three-time Sneds Tour Champion.
The daughter of Bryan and Brandi Crouse, Brylee intends to major in Exercise Science at MTSU.
"We are beyond excited to sign a couple of the best players in Tennessee with many accolades and both from very supportive families," Adams said.
