SENIOR LOVE-STAR ALEXIS
"We are so excited to come back home becuased we know we play so well at home. We have a really good crowd cheering us on. We have one more home match and hope to have an undefeated season at home. Last year, we lost 4-3 against WKU and we lost the doubles point. When we lost the doubles point today, we knew we always have at least four that can fight. It was good to see we were resistant enough to win. This week I was named Athlete of the Week by Conference USA. It was the first time in my career I have had that mention. It was really nice. It feels really good. In the summer, I put in a lot of work to be able to play No. 1."
