MIAMI, Fla. — Middle Tennessee women's tennis dropped their match 4-0 against conference foe No. 35 FIU on Wednesday, March 8 in Miami, Fla.

The Panthers took the doubles point winning on court No. 2 and 3. On court No. 1, Love-Star Alexis and Muskan Gupta was in a battle with No. 62 Kamila Umarova and Ekaterina Khairutdinova 3-4 but was unfinished.

FIU would take the win with wins on court No. 6, 1 and 3 in singles.

"Today was a tough but a good opportunity to see where we need to improve in order to be more competitive and successful against the top teams in the nation. We did well in adjustments to find a way to win. We will do better next time we see them in the conference tournament.
