AUGUST 20

The Blue Raiders drove from Florence to Brescia, stopping on the way for a food tasting near Bologna. MTSU picked up its second win in as many nights, defeating ProCamp 103-56 before heading to Milan for the first of two nights.

AUGUST 19

The Blue Raiders saw their first game action of the trip on Saturday. After an optional bike tour of the city of Lucca, which was attended only by coaches and support staff, MTSU put on a youth clinic in Livorno before defeating the West Coast Squad 102-71.

AUGUST 18

On Friday it was on to Florence, where the Blue Raiders saw Michelangelo's Statue of David and the Basilica of Santa Croce, among many other sites, on a walking tour of the city.

On Thursday the Blue Raiders visited Vatican City, touring the Vatican Museum, the Sistine Chapel, and St. Peter's Basilica. The team had dinner at a local restaurant in the evening.

AUGUST 14-15

The team took off from Nashville on August 14 and, after a layover in Detroit, arrived in Rome just after 8 a.m. local time. After breakfast was a two-hour guided walking tour of Rome from the Spanish Steps to Piazza Navona.
