Men’s Tennis host No. 21 Oklahoma on Friday, travel to No. 55 SMU on Sunday

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — No.34-ranked Middle Tennessee men's tennis will welcome No. 21 Oklahoma to the Outdoor Tennis Facility on Friday, March 15 at 5 p.m. CT. Two days later, the Blue Raiders will head to Dallas, Texas to take on No. 55 SMU on Sunday, March 17 at 12 p.m. CT.
For the Friday match, admission is free and parking will be available in the Reese Smith lot and a shuttle will be provided to fans. Fans are also able to park in the Greenland lot but must pay the TSSAA parking fee. See map below.
MTSU swept No. 29 Louisville and Tennessee Tech last Sunday. The Blue Raiders have defeated three ranked teams and seven Power-5 teams so far this season.
As a team, the Blue Raiders have earned 59 singles wins. Leo Raquin has 13 singles wins on the season and has defeated six ranked opponents. Ondrej Horak is not too far behind with 12 singles wins. Freshman Jakub Kroslak is off to a 10-2 record in singles play so far this season.
Raquin and Horak are both 13-3 respectively in doubles this season and are 12-3 are a doubles pairing.

- Oklahoma is 11-2 on the season and is ranked No. 21 by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association. In the last match, the Sooners swept Drake 4-0.
- The Sooners return seven players from last season. Oklahoma brought in three freshmen to this year's team. The returners combined for 106 singles wins and doubles wins last year.
- OU has one doubles pairing and a single players ranked in the ITA rankings: No. 47 Alexex Martinez/Kholo Montsi and No. 54 Martinez.

- SMU is 11-6 on the season and is ranked No. 55 by the ITA. The Mustangs swept Butler 7-0 in the match.
- The Mustangs return just 10 players from last season. SMU brought in two freshmen and four transfers to this year's team. The returners combined for singles and doubles wins
- SMU has a doubles pairing and a singles player ranked by ITA: No.44 Huntley Allen/Adam Neff and No. 44 Trevor Svajda.
