GEORGE TOWN, Grand Cayman — Middle Tennessee (4-2) dropped the second game of the Cayman Islands Classic to the George Washington Revolutionaries (5-1), 92-79 Monday evening at John Gray Gymnasium.

In the first half, the Blue Raider offense continued to show out with a 41-point first half, however the Revolutionaries' high-octane offense took an eight-point lead into the halfway break.

Reigning Conference USA Player of the Week, Torey Alston, once again led the charge with 12 points after the first 20 minutes. Alec Oglesby went 3-for-4 from the three-point arc to add 10 of his own to the total.

In the second half, GW took control and grabbed a commanding lead to take the victory, 92-79. Alston finished with 17 points and seven rebounds, while Oglesby and Chris Loofe added 13 each.
