Antoine Mayoral on Joining the Blue Raiders
"Joining this university was exactly what I wanted to do after high school, and I succeeded in achieving my favorite plan. For a long time, I had this ambition in mind, and today, being a part of this institution and representing its tennis team is an immense source of pride.
"I am excited to discover a new environment, a different training style, and a team-based approach to competition that will undoubtedly help me grow both as an athlete and as a person. The idea of sharing this journey with other passionate players and defending the university's colors is incredibly motivating."
Head Coach Jimmy Borendame on Mayoral
"Antoine has been making huge jumps in his game this past year, and his best tennis is coming. He loves the game, plays and trains a ton, and is an excellent student. His big lefty game will come in handy in our doubles. Our coaches are all excited to work side by side with Antoine starting next fall."
