Al-Amin named to CUSA All-Academic Team

DALLAS — Conference USA has announced its 2025 Men's Tennis All-Academic Team, with Middle Tennessee's Karim Al-Amin earning a spot on the list.
Al-Amin, a junior from Waltrop, Germany, has excelled both on the court and in the classroom. He has competed primarily on courts one and two in singles and holds the top doubles spot for the Blue Raiders this season. He also broke into the national singles rankings, currently sitting at No. 98 in the country.
Academically, Al-Amin boasts a 3.932 GPA while pursuing a degree in psychology with minors in neuroscience and entrepreneurship. He was also named to the 2025 CUSA Commissioner's Honor Roll and is an Academic Medal recipient.
MTSU Men's Tennis concludes the regular season on Sunday with a Senior Day doubleheader. The Blue Raiders will take on Wichita State at 11 a.m. and Tennessee State at 5 p.m. before traveling next week to the CUSA Championship on April 18-20 in Lynchburg, Va.
