MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – Middle Tennessee Football is set to play under the lights of Floyd Stadium this October with two action-packed Weekday CUSA matchups, featuring special fan experiences, family fun, and unique gameday traditions.
The Blue Raiders will host Missouri State on Wednesday, October 8, and Jacksonville State on Wednesday, October 29. Both games will air nationally on ESPN2. Fans are encouraged to show their creativity—bring a poster from home or stop by the poster-making station on the concourse near Gate 3 to design your own gameday sign! Be sure to check in with your poster at the Customer Service Tent located at any gate for a chance to win prizes for the most creative designs.
October 8 – Fan Appreciation, Youth Sports, and Educator Appreciation Night
The first weekday matchup is all about celebrating the Blue Raider community. Fans can enjoy discounted concessions, including hot dogs for $3, medium sodas for $3, popcorn for $2, and pretzels for $3. Throughout the game, lucky sections will be rewarded with coupons every time the Blue Raiders score in the Game of Winnings.
Teams participating in the Celebration of Excellence Youth Sports Night that purchase group tickets in advance will receive a gift bag and on-field recognition during halftime. For group ticket information, fans can reach out directly to Kayla.Stiles@mtsu.edu.
The evening is also dedicated to Educator Appreciation, honoring everyone who serves our schools—teachers, principals, counselors, cafeteria staff, bus drivers, custodians, and more. Educators can email mtmarketing@mtsu.edu from their school email address to receive a promo code for discounted tickets.
Students will also have plenty to cheer about, with one lucky student each quarter winning a grand prize such as a flat-screen TV, an electric scooter, Beats headphones, and more.
A fan favorite is back for a second time this season. Ally Jo and the Sweet Walking Horse, Matilda, will deliver the game ball! At halftime, fans can cheer on the 2025 Freshman Walk and enjoy a performance from the MTSU Band of Blue.
October 29 – Halloween at Floyd Stadium
Just in time for spooky season, the Blue Raiders invite families to a festive night of football fun. Beginning at 5:30 p.m., children can enjoy trick-or-treating on the upper concourse inside Floyd Stadium. Kids 12 and under who arrive in costume will receive complimentary admission, and prizes will be awarded for the best costumes.
The night also serves as Breast Cancer Awareness Night, with fans encouraged to wear pink to support the nationwide fight against cancer. During halftime, fans can enjoy performances by the Jacksonville State Marching Southerners and the MTSU Band of Blue.
Gameday Extras for Both Games
Fans can grab dinner and drinks inside Floyd Stadium with a lineup of local food trucks, the Family Fun Zone for kids, and the Blue Raider Beer Garden for those 21 and older.
Don't miss your chance to be part of two unforgettable weeknight showdowns as the Blue Raiders take on Conference USA opponents in front of the home crowd.
