MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — The Middle Tennessee volleyball team returns home for their final homestand Thursday and Friday versus Sam Houston at the Alumni Memorial Gym.
MTSU (16-8, 7-5 Conference USA) and the Bearkats (16-9, 7-5) enter the series under a blanket for third place in CUSA with Liberty. The Blue Raiders can clinch a spot in the CUSA tournament with a Delaware loss.
Quick Hits
--The Blue Raiders will close out at home this week. MTSU has been particularly potent at the AMG this season, coming into the week 7-2 in Murfreesboro. Their home winning percentage is third in the conference.
--Middle Tennessee continued its winning ways in October, rounding out the month 6-4. The team started out the month with a four-match winning streak.
