Eric Crivei and Jonasz Dziopak Named Conference USA Doubles Team of the Week

DALLAS, Texas — Middle Tennessee sophomore Eric Crivei and senior Jonasz Dziopak have been awarded their first Conference USA Doubles Team of the Week honor for the season.
On Friday, sophomore Eric Crivei and senior Jonasz Dziopak achieved an impressive 6-1 victory against Louisville's Louis Chusseau and Andre Steinbach on court two, securing the doubles point for Middle Tennessee. Despite facing a challenging 10-hour flight delay on Sunday, which brought them to Stillwater at 3 am, Eric Crivei and Jonasz Dziopak came back strong with a thrilling 7-6 (7-5) win over Oklahoma State's Alessio Basile and Ian Bracks on court two. The match was quite exciting, featuring numerous lead changes, but the Blue Raiders maintained their momentum and ultimately won the doubles point in the tiebreaker.
