Murray, Al-Amin Named to 2026 CUSA Men’s Tennis All-Academic Team

DALLAS, Texas – Middle Tennessee seniors Freddy Murray and Karim Al-Amin have been named to the 2026 Conference USA Men's Tennis All-Academic Team, the league office announced Friday.
Al-Amin holds a 3.962 GPA as a psychology major and has earned Conference USA Commissioner's Academic Medal honors three times, along with two Commissioner's Honor Roll selections and seven Dean's List recognitions.
Murray, a business administration major, has been named to the Dean's List and has also earned both the Conference USA Commissioner's Academic Medal and a spot on the Commissioner's Honor Roll.
Al-Amin holds a 16-3 record in singles and a 14-6 mark in doubles during his senior season. He has earned Conference USA Athlete of the Week honors and has been named to the CUSA Men's Tennis Doubles Team of the Week three times this season, while Murray holds a 17-4 record in singles and has competed in 21 matches this season.
