Men's Basketball to take part in 2026 Paradise Jam

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – As part of the non-conference slate of competitions, Middle Tennessee men's basketball will travel to the U.S. Virgin Islands to take part in the 2026 Paradise Jam November 20-23.
The tournament features Temple, Indiana State, Stephen F. Austin, UT Martin, Southern Illinois, East Carolina and Utah Valley as potential opponents for the Blue Raiders. MTSU will play the first game of the tournament against Temple on Nov. 20 at 11:30 a.m. CT, with the multi-team event taking on the form of a true tournament bracket. The meeting with the Owls is set to be the first time the two have met head-to-head in program history.
The 2026 edition of the tournament will mark the second overall appearance for Middle Tennessee, though the first for head coach Nick McDevitt. The last time the program competed, they took on Alabama, Toledo and College of Charleston in 2006.
