Women's Golf announces 2026 fall schedule

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. – In anticipation of the commencement of the 2026-27 women's golf season, head coach Lauren Wamsley has announced the fall slate of tournaments for the Blue Raiders.
The program will kick off the season close to home, taking part in the 25th Mason Rudolph Championship at the South Course of the Vanderbilt Legends Club in Franklin, Tenn. The tournament will run September 18-20, as the lone three-day tournament Middle Tennessee will compete in this fall.
Opening October, the Blue Raiders will travel west to Kansas to compete in the Marilynn Smith Sunflower Invitational, hosted by Kansas. The two-day tournament will take place October 5-6 at the Lawrence Country Club in Lawrence, Kan.
After winning the Golfweek Spring Challenge last spring, Middle Tennessee earned an invitation to the Haskins Women's Intercollegiate, running from Oct. 12-13. Teams will compete for the trophy at the Columbus Country Club in Columbus, Ga. in the inaugural running of the event.
Closing the fall, MTSU will travel south to take part in the Pat Bradley Invitational, hosted by Conference USA foe FIU. The fall finale runs from October 26-27 at the Miami Lakes Golf Club in Miami Lakes, Fla.
The Blue Raiders welcomed two newcomers this offseason in Sarah Burger, an NAIA All-American, and Jayla Kucy, a top competitor from Oral Roberts, in addition to returning an experienced core.
