2010-11 (r-Junior):
Played in 31 games averaging 15.6 minutes ... Had 46 assists and 42 steals on the season ... Ranked second in the Sun Belt in steals in league games only ... Scored five points in the season opener ... Also had three rebounds and four assists ... Went 5 for 6 at the free throw line against Samford ... Was the Blue Raiders' leading scorer at the half against South Alabama with seven points in just four minutes of play ... Ended the game with seven points, three rebounds, two assists and a steal ... Led the team with seven rebounds against North Texas ... Also scored five points and had four steals ... Against UL-Lafayette grabbed a team high seven rebounds ... Had a season-high 15 points vs. East Tennessee, and had team-high nine assists vs. Mercer ... Improved as a sophomore (2008 - 09) to 6.5 ppg, 95 assists, 80.2% of free throws, and 40.7% of 3-point attempts ...Also named to the A-Sun All-Academic Team, as well as earning a spot on the Provost's List.
North Atlanta Prep Academy:
After high school, opted to work on his game instead of accepting one of the many scholarship offers he had received ... Played at North Atlanta Prep Academy in Covington, GA, where he averaged 20.2 points, six assists and five rebounds per game.
Siegel HS:
Coached by former MTSU standout Chris Harris ... Led the state in scoring his senior year (2006) ...Earned All-Region and All-State honors as a senior with 22.6 points per game .... also dished out six assists and grabbed five rebounds per game as a point guard ...Was voted first team Class AAA All-state by Tennessee Sports Writers Assn. ... Led Siegel to back-to-back state tournament appearances, and a 60-12 record in his last two years ... Was a member of the Beta Club and the One Club.
