Does MTSU offer payment plans for season tickets?
- Yes, there are several different payment options for each ticketed sport ranging from 2 to 5 month payment plans.
What forms for payment are accepted for season and group tickets?
- The Blue Raider ticket office currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit/debit cards, as well as cash and checks. Game day sales are credit card or cash only.
Do children require a ticket for entry?
- If your child has celebrated their third birthday, they are required a ticket for entry. Children two and under are admitted free but are required to sit on the lap of an adult.
When will I receive my season/single game tickets?
- Blue Raider athletic tickets, both season and single game, are now digital and can be accessed via the Blue Raiders App or online. Season ticket holders will be notified via email when they can login to the My Account page to access their tickets. For other Mobile Ticketing questions, please see the Mobile Ticketing FAQ here.
I don’t have smart phone to access mobile season tickets, or prefer physical tickets – how can I receive them?
- For an add-on option of $25/account, the ticket office will provide you with physical tickets. Mobile tickets are free and included with your purchase.
What items are not allowed within MTSU athletic facilities?
- Bottles
- Cans
- Food
- Coolers
- Video camera tripods
- Laser pointers
- Artificial noise makers
- Umbrellas
- Flag poles
- Backpacks
- Shoe-bags
- Fireworks
- Weapons or other dangerous devises.
Patrons found in possession of any restricted items may be subject to expulsion from the facility and the restricted items confiscated. All bags will be inspected at point of entry as well.
How can I obtain accessible seats for an athletic event?
- For fans requiring accessible seating, please contact the ticket office in advance of the event for additionally accommodations at 615-898-5261 or email tickets@mtsu.edu.
Where do I park for MTSU athletic events?
- MTSU does have the benefit of having an abundance or available parking. For football and basketball games, the Greenland Drive*, Middle Tennessee*, Bell Street and Livestock parking lots are located in close proximity to Floyd Stadium and the Murphy Center. For baseball games, the Reese Smith lot, and Nursing lot are located next to the stadium. (*The Greenland lot, Middle Tennessee lot, Midgett lot and Reese Smith parking lots are reserved for BRAA members during football season. For more information on becoming a BRAA member, please click here. During basketball season, the Greenland Drive lot is pay-per-game lot, unless you are a qualifying BRAA member.)

Location
The Athletic Ticket Office is located in Floyd Stadium (Gate 1-A) on Faulkinberry Drive.
Hours
The Floyd Stadium Ticket Office is open 8 AM until 4:30 PM (Mon-Fri).
On Gameday of both Football and Basketball, the Ticket Office is open through halftime. For Baseball the Ticket Office is open until the 5th inning.
Policies
Everyone who enters our facilities must have a ticket to enter EXCEPT children under the age of three. If a child has celebrated their third birthday, they must have a ticket. Ticket booths open for Gameday sales 1 1/2 hours before game time for basketball and 2 hours before game time for football and baseball. Gates for entry into the facility open 1 1/2 hours before game time.

Gates 1, 1A & 3 open two hours before kickoff through halftime
Will Call is located at Gate 1A for Football
Basketball - Murphy Center
Northeast Ticket Office open 1.5 hours before tip-off through halftime
Softball - Blue Raider Softball Field
Sales and will call are located at the main gate and open 1.5 hours prior to game time through the 4th inning.
