The Blue Raider Ticket Office has made significant changes to its ticketing and stadium entry process in an effort decrease contact, increase health and safety, and enhance fan convenience during the 2020 Blue Raider Football season.
The Blue Raider Athletic Ticket Office has launched mobile-only ticketing beginning with the 2020 football season at Floyd Stadium. The move to digital ticketing provides a greater convenience to fans, contactless entry into the stadium, and improved health and safety measures for all Blue Raider fans. Blue Raider season ticket holders will no longer receive a printed season ticket booklet, and will receive their tickets via mobile delivery. The move to digital tickets will not only reduce contact at the gates, but will also provide more control on how fans access their tickets, as well as the ability to transfer tickets to friends and family.
When your 2020 football season tickets are ready to be accessed, you will receive an email with the Blue Raider Digital Ticketing Guide, a detailed and convenient step-by-step tutorial to add your tickets directly to your smartphone. The email will also include screen shots to act as a visual guide. The following steps will allow fans to access their mobile tickets (when the 2020 tickets are available):
- Login to your "My Account" page from your smart phone by clicking HERE and using your email and password associated with your account
- Select MANAGE TICKETS, then tap VIEW BARCODE on the individual ticket prior to arriving at the venue
- Add each ticket to your Apple Wallet of Google Play. This allows for easier mobile entry into the venue
The Blue Raider "My Account" is your home to view tickets, transfer tickets to friends and family, pay invoices, purchase additional tickets and update your account information.
MOBILE TICKET FAQ
MTSU students will receive an email Tuesday morning of each game week with the opportunity to claim a ticket for the upcoming football game. To access the claim option, students will be required to create an account and login to BlueZooTix.com using their MTSU email address. Failure to utilize an MTSU provided email address will result in failure to obtain a ticket.
All student tickets will be mobile only, and will be ASSIGNED SEATS to adhere to social distancing guidelines. Seats will be located at least two seats away from all aisles, 6 feet away from the nearest party and assigned every other row through the student section.
Your assigned seat will be delivered to your mobile device 24 hours prior to kick off. Due to social distancing guidelines, student tickets will be limited, and will be first come/claimed, first served. Students will receive one (1) ticket each, and each ticket will be assigned six feet away from the next student. Guest tickets will not be permitted for the 2020 season.
