Why is Middle Tennessee State Athletics transitioning to mobile ticketing? Mobile ticketing is the safest, most convenient and flexible way to receive tickets. When will tickets be available?
I have never used My Blue Raider Account before. Do I already have an account? Do I need to create one? If you have ever purchased tickets directly from the Blue Raider Athletic Ticket Office, you already have an account in our ticketing system. Login utilizing the email address we have on file. If you do not know your password, click on "Forgot Password" to have a temporary password link emailed to you. If you have never logged in before, select "Sign Up", and be sure to use the email address associated with your tickets. If you are unsure of the email address that the ticket office has on file or have additional questions, please email the ticket office at tickets@mtsu.edu. Can I access my mobile tickets from a computer?
For an add-on option of $25/account, the ticket office will provide you with physical tickets. Mobile tickets are free and included with your purchase. How do I scan my tickets? It’s just like scanning your boarding pass at the airport – you will scan your phone at the gates. The ticket office does encourage all fans to add their tickets to their Apple Wallet or Google Play accounts prior to arriving at the stadium to avoid any connectivity issues. Once a ticket has been added to the Apple Wallet or Google Play, having “service” is no longer an issue. Can I have multiple tickets on a single phone for my family to enter? Yes, you are able to swipe through your available tickets (Apple Wallet or Google Play) at the venue if the entire party is present. However, it is much easier to send each attendee their individual ticket, if applicable. What if my entire party isn’t with me when I am ready to enter? We encourage fans to easily send each member their ticket individually since each person will need a ticket to enter the venue. If I send/transfer someone a ticket, do they need a My Blue Raider Account? Yes. If they do not have one already, they will create one in the acceptance process in order to receive the ticket. Can ticket holders transfer tickets once inside the stadium or after the event has started? Yes, you can transfer tickets up to an hour after the event’s start time. |
