How do I contact the Blue Raider Kids Club?

How do I receive my complimentary tickets?
Prior to each selected athletic event for free admission for kids club members, an email will be sent out with information on how you will receive the free ticket, as well as, information on how to purchase additional tickets for family members wishing to attend the game.
When can I expect my child to receive their membership package?
Official Welcome Box pick-up dates will be sent to Kids Club members via email. Members who sign up after the pick-up dates are welcome to email Rachel Fullerton at rachel.fullerton@mtsu.edu coordinate another pick up day.
Can you mail our membership package?
Unfortunately, we do not mail out Blue Raider Kids Club membership packages. We offer official pick-up days at the beginning of the year with some additional time slots throughout the year. You are welcome to join the Kids Club any time throughout the year. If you join after the first pick-up day, please coordinate pick-up times by emailing Rachel Fullerton at rachel.fullerton@mtsu.edu
Do parents have the option of purchasing a ticket next to their child's free ticket?
Yes, in the email sent to parents with information on how to receive their child's free ticket for the selected athletic event, parents will have the option of purchasing additional tickets located next to their child's seat.
How will I find out more information about upcoming events?
Weekly emails and monthly newsletters will be sent out via email. The printable newsletter can be found online on the Kids Club homepage. Members/parents will also have access to the Blue Raider Kids Club member’s only Facebook page.
Lost Membership ID card?
In order to receive the complimentary admission all Blue Raider Kids Club Members MUST have their Membership ID card. If a card is lost, you may receive one replacement by contacting Rachel Fullerton at (615)-494-7827 or by email at rachel.fullerton@mtsu.edu. Please allow a 48 hours notice for a replacement request before an event.
How to become a member:
To join the Blue Raider Kids Club, register HERE! Please note that once you hit "submit form" you will be prompted to pay online through Ticketmaster. The "number of tickets" represents the number of children you are registering. Payment is due before members can receive the Welcome Box.
