Guest Services

If you need assistance with anything during your visit to Floyd Stadium, fans are encouraged to make use of the following resources provided for your convivence:

• Speak to a uniformed event staff person. Event staff wear Light Blue and black shirts with markings identifying them as staff and are trained to assist you or direct you to someone who can.

• Ask a uniformed police officer to direct you to a stadium event staff person.

• Visit one of the Guest Services booths. Guest Services Representatives are staffed at each gate. Fans can obtain directions, locate stadium services, request assistance, and find other useful information at each Guest Services booth.

Fans can find Guest Services representatives at the following locations on Game Day:
Lower Level – Gate 1, Gate 2, Gate 3, Gate 4
Hendrix Club Level – BRAA Ambassadors wearing a blue polo with credentials.

Sky Suites Level – BRAA Ambassadors wearing a blue polo with credentials.

Open Air Boxes – BRAA Ambassadors wearing a blue polo with credentials.

When attending a game, the following behaviors could prove disruptive to your fellow fans around you and are therefore prohibited:

- Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, or illegal in nature?

- Intoxication or other signs of alcohol impairment that results in irresponsible behavior?

- Foul or abusive language or obscene gestures?

- Interference with the progress of the game (including throwing objects onto the field)?

- Failing to follow instructions of stadium personnel?

- Verbal or physical harassment of opposing team fans?

- Smoking

Additionally, MTSU Athletics would like to remind fans of the following NCAA policy regarding entering the field of play:

NCAA policy prohibits fans from entering the field of play, unless they are properly credentialed or accompanied by an authorized staff member. Violators are subject to arrest.

Fans are responsible for their conduct as well as the conduct of their guests and/or persons occupying their seats.

MTSU staff will promptly intervene to support an environment where patrons, their guests and other fans can enjoy the event free from the above behavior. Event patrons and guests who violate these provisions may be subject to ejection without refund. The Blue Raiders and MTSU thank you for adhering to our Fan Code of Conduct.
