Students, join us for a Friday night bash full of activities, music, and fun! Get ready for the weekend's football game with the MTSU Band of Blue, MTSU Cheerleaders, and your friends.
Walnut Grove | September 16th
Come support your Blue Raiders prior to the football game by tailgating! MT SPARE will have FREE activities and giveaways for fans of all ages.
Timeline:
7:30 a.m. - Walnut Grove opens
1:30 p.m. - SPARE Activities Begin
3:45 p.m - Raider Walk
5:30 p.m. - SPARE Activities End
8:00 p.m. - Walnut Grove closes
The Raider Walk | September 16th 3:45PM
The Raider Walk begins 2 hours and 15 minutes before kickoff in Walnut Grove. Fans are encouraged to line up in front of Peck Hall to cheer on the Blue Raiders as they make their way to Floyd Stadium.
Family Fun Zone | Opens 4:30PM
Located: North End Zone/Upper Deck
The Blue Raider Family Fun Zone provided by Tennessee Event Specialist will make its debut on the upper concourse in the north end zone. This area has been created with kids in mind. Each week there will be different activities for ALL KIDS in attendance to enjoy during the game.
The Family Fun Zone will include inflatables, face painting, balloon animals and various carnival games throughout the season.
Blue Raider Beer Garden | Opens at 4:30PM
Located: South End Zone/Field Level
Entrance is free to fans 21 and up with their admission ticket to the game.
First introduced in the 2019 season, the Blue Raider Beer Garden features brews from Cedar Glades Brews, Mayday and Hop Springs Beer Park, as well as other popular beers and seltzers.
Also, at a serving station below the south end zone scoreboard dubbed "The Local Tap," fans can purchase special-label, small-batch draft beer, brewed by Cedar Glade Brews and themed to each week's opponent. Patrons go back and forth from The Local Tap to the Beer Garden area on the field.
