Your mobile 2024 football season tickets are now available within the Blue Raiders Mobile App and are ready to be added to your smart phone in just a few simple steps.
The video below walks fans through the straightforward process of adding tickets to your mobile phone's wallet and transferring tickets to family and friends. Listed below the video are step-by-step instructions for the process.
***Please read the entire email to ensure that you are completely familiar with our mobile ticketing process and the importance of adding your tickets to your phone's wallet prior to arriving at the stadium***

Step 1.) Download the Blue Raiders Mobile App - Apple Store or Google Play
If you already have the appropriate App, proceed to Step #2.
Step 2.) Open the Blue Raiders Mobile App, and click on "Tickets" at the bottom, on the next screen click on "Manage Tickets" and login to your account using this email - chelsea.floyd@mtsu.edu
If you are prompted "KMPTemplateSwiftUI Wants to Use Ticketmaster.com to Sign In" select Continue - this is simply the App asking if you want to login to your Blue Raider Ticket Account.
This email address is directly associated with your season tickets. If you have never logged in OR do not have a Ticketmaster account with this email, click "Sign Up" at the top of the login page. Remember - you need to use the above listed email.
Step 3.) Select the game you want to view/access tickets for, then select "View Ticket".
Step 4.) Select "Add to Apple Wallet" or "Add to Google Wallet", then choose if you want to add only that ticket or all the tickets for that game. The tickets are now if your phone's wallet.
Step 5.) On gameday, simply open your phone's wallet when nearing the gates of Floyd Stadium and have your ticket(s) ready. That's it - enjoy the game!
Our scanners work best when tickets are in your phone's wallet. We can simply "tap" the scanner to your phone for entry - no barcodes to scan!
Fans are strongly encouraged to complete this process prior to arriving at the stadium to avoid any cellular network issues. We do advise you to complete these steps when receiving this email utilizing your smart phone. You can add all home games to your phone's wallet at this time and will have completed the process for the 2024 season.
Want to transfer your mobile tickets to a friend?
After selecting the game you want to view at the beginning of Step 3, select "Transfer" instead of "View Ticket". Select the seat(s) you would like to transfer, and then enter the name and mobile number or email address of the person you would like to transfer tickets to. Your guest will then be notified by text/email that they have received a ticket offer. They will need to login or create an account to accept the tickets.
Need to transfer multiple games at one time?
If you are a Sky Suite, Open Air Box or group season ticket holder, you can now send multiple games at one time. This step must be completed from a desktop computer. Simply login to your Blue Raider Account Manager HERE, then select "My Events". Then at the top right corner of the page, select "Transfer Tickets". You may then select the games, and seats you wish to transfer. Complete the recipient information and send the bulk transfer.
Blue Raider Athletic Association + 2024 FB Parking Pass
If you are a current BRAA member for the 2024-25 giving year, your complimentary football parking pass will be mailed to you next week. If you have not received your parking pass by Tuesday, August 27th, please call the BRAA at 615-898-2210.

Please note - MTSU Athletics has a 20+ year partnership with Ticketmaster for ticketing and account management. Their software allows us to manage your account, send renewals/invoices, sell tickets and utilize mobile tickets. When you are logging into your account, please know that you are logging into your MTSU Ticket Office account, managed by the MTSU Ticket Office, and that all information within is directly correlated with MTSU Athletics.
