Noteworthy:A walk-on who was put on scholarship by Andy McCollum during fall 2000 ... Has done a flawless job of snapping the football during his career ... Wore jersey number 56 his first two years before switching to 37 his junior season ... His father played at Middle Tennessee in 1961 and 1962 as a center and kickoff specialist.
2000: Played and started as the team's snapper in all 11 games ... Did not have a bad snap the entire season.
1999: The Blue Raiders' starting snapper for all 11 games.
1998: Was the starting long snapper on field goals and extra points for all 10 games.
High School: Was a quarterback at Shelbyville for coach Whit Taylor ... Threw for 10 touchdowns and 1,000 yards his senior year ... Also lettered in baseball.
