Noteworthy: All-Sun Belt Conference candidate ... Is arguably the most improved player under Andy McCollum ... Has improved his 10-yard dash time seven tenths of a second to 1.68 ... Power cleans 300 pounds.
2000: Played in all 11 games, including the last 10 as a starter (9 at Mike and 1 at Will) ... Was fourth on the team in tackles with a personal best 60 stops ... Also had four tackles for lost yardage and his first two career sacks ... Registered three nine-tackle games against Louisiana Tech, Mississippi State and Louisiana-Lafayette ...
