Earl Hamilton joined the Middle Tennessee strength and conditioning staff in August 2021 after stints at Memphis, Georgia , McNeese State, Georgia Tech and Southern. He currently serves as the Director of Athletic Performance for the men's basketball, softball, and track teams.
Hamilton came to Murfreesboro following a year working with the men's and women's basketball programs at Memphis. Prior to Memphis, he spent the first part of 2020 at Georgia working with the football team. From 2017-2019, Hamilton oversaw strength and conditioning programs for the men's and women's basketball teams at McNeese State as Associate Director of Strength and Conditioning.
Before accepting that position at McNeese, Hamilton interned at Georgia Tech and Southern. After spending the summer of 2016 with the Jaguars' men's and women's basketball teams, he worked with the Yellow Jackets' baseball, softball, football and track and field teams from August 2016 to April of 2017.
Hamilton is a 2014 graduate of the Catholic University of America, where he was a member of the men's soccer team. He also holds a Master's in Sport Administration from Georgia State, earned in 2017.
